Senior Pastor Joseph Lee

SP Joseph Lee was formerly the Dean of the School of Church Music at the Singapore Bible College before assuming the role of Senior Pastor of Bartley Christian Church in February 2023. As a former missionary of Bartley, he remains active as an Executive Board member of the Global Consultation on Art and Music in Missions. SP Joseph is married to Amelia, and they have three sons: Samuel, Iain, and Timothy.

Dr. Ravi David

Dr.Ravi David currently serves as adjunct Professor of Practical Theology and teaches Counselling, Spiritual Formation and the Integration of Psychology and Theology at the Master’s and Doctoral levels in India, Nepal and Latin America.
He has a PhD in Practical Theology from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Ravi is an educator, administrator, counsellor, networker and professor of practical theology. He equips and encourages people through mentoring, counselling, teaching and debriefing. He is trained in Counseling, Chaplaincy, Trauma Healing, Debriefing and Spiritual Direction.
Ravi travels extensively around the world and divides his time equally between formal, academic theological teaching and field ministries with a focus of providing pastoral care for pastors and missional leaders and intentionally investing into the next generation.
Ravi and his wife Mercy are originally from Bangalore, India. They have four adult children and six grandchildren.

Rev. Dr. Samuel Ka-Chieng Law

Dr. Samuel Law is the Associate Professor of Intercultural Studies and currently serves as the Vice Principal for Academic Affairs at Singapore Bible College. He has authored over 30 abstracts, articles, and book chapters in the fields of missiology and biomedical engineering, and is the author of one book and co-editor of another. Dr. Law is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Missiology, the Evangelical Missiological Society, the International Association for Mission Studies, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
