Celeste was commissioned as our missions personnel in 2025. She is committed to planting sustainable churches in Esperanza, Southern Philippines. By establishing bi-vocational pastoral training centers, she seeks to equip church planters and local leaders. Her vision is to see self-sustaining, indigenous Filipino leaders rise up to advance the gospel among their own people and within their native dialect groups.
 

In the near future, Pastor Celeste, together with Sister Anilyn, will partner with Care Channels Philippines to build on the good work that Sister Jane Bibal has faithfully established over the past few years.
